Wastelink seeks a full-time Operations Associate to provide day-to-day operations support and data/technology support. The position will involve supervising and leading operations teams including production and logistics, undertaking project management of operational and information technology projects and, where necessary, provide support in maintaining the operations budget and tracking related expenditures.



As part of the operations team, duties will include:

Day-to-Day Business Operations Coordination

  • Manage and supervise designated operational processes such as production and logistics to ensure maximum throughput.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal department units to enable, support and improve day-to- day business operations and processes with the goal of enhancing operations and the execution of planning and management (production, inward and outward logistics, inventory management, expense tracking and reporting)

Organizational Planning and Management

  • Works closely with Head of Operations to ensure timely planning, management and tracking of organizational operations plan including analysis and reporting of related data points and benchmarks from programmatic and functional areas
  • Assist in troubleshooting problems and issues as they relate to daily operational activities
  • Execute special projects, including developing strategies and tactics for implementation, monitoring of effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements as required to ensure that overall goals are achieved


  • A minimum of three years’ experience ideally gained in an operations coordinator role including specific experience in operations management, development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Articulate with an extremely professional self-presentation and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Polite and tactful and able to maintain composure under pressure
  • Proactive and solution-orientated, able to use initiative and work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • An excellent team player
  • Bachelor’s degree required
